If your product already has a defect upon delivery or there is a damage that is not your fault or is disproportionate, please contact us immediately so that we can help you quickly. In any case, we want you to be satisfied with your product!

In order to process your case quickly, we need some information from you: Please send us 1-2 pictures of the damaged area. Please give us a short description of the damage and/or how it happened. In addition, please leave the order number of the order and which item from the order it is. This you can send us by mail to info@mahila-industries.com

We will take care of it as soon as possible and get back to you with a solution. We apologize if you have any trouble with your product and hope you will be happy with it again soon.

Return, withdrawal from the purchase contract with refund

If you want to return an item, you can easily use your right of withdrawal within the first 30 days after purchase. Simply send the item back to our warehouse within this period. We will refund you the full purchase price as soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked. You will receive the money in the same way as you made the payment when ordering

In this case, you bear the shipping costs of the return. These costs depend on which service provider and which shipping method you choose. You can decide that yourself. As a rule, the costs are about EUR 5.

We offer free shipping for our customers from The Netherlands.

Shipping costs for other countries will show once you add the item to your cart.

Please note the extra customs and import conditions for deliveries from The Netherlands to non-EU countries. These Costs are not included in our prices and are extra for you and must be assumed by you

We do everything we can to ensure that your fashion items arrive at your home as quickly as possible. Your order will reach you within The Netherlands within 1-3 working days.
Please keep in mind that we unfortunately have no influence on the delivery and operation of our shipping service providers. As soon as your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to them, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the shipment tracking. There you can see where the package is currently located and when the scheduled delivery is. From this point on we unfortunately have no possibility to influence the shipping process. If your order is already too long on the way, or you notice something conspicuous in the tracking, contact us briefly at info@mahila-industries.com, so that we can look at it and help you.

The colors of the light viscose fabric can change their intensity depending on the incidence of light. Outside in the sunlight, for example, the colors shine differently than at home on the sofa. On a screen, depending on the screen and settings, the fabric may also look slightly different than in reality. Please take this into account when viewing our product images

Since we do not use intensive pre-washing after production for our fabrics; the garments may dye out a little during the first few washes than you are used to with other clothing. Therefore, we recommend washing your garment at least once on its own or with very color-insensitive items in the washing machine before wearing it for the first time. After that you can use for example a color catching cloth for the next washes at the beginning to be on the safe side

After the first few washes in the machine, the color should be completely solidified and you can machine wash the clothes normally with your other colored clothes at 30°.
