You have ordered something, but you do not really like it or it does not fit and you would like to exchange it for something else?

Please follow the following steps:

1. The goods must be unworn and undamaged.
2. Fill out the return form (enclosed with the order) according to the instructions and tick "exchange".
3. You are welcome to send us the return in the shipping box in which you received your order
4. Since we do not offer automatic return labels, please note the return address (see below) on the package.

5. We do not offer free return shipping. In this case, you have to bear the cost of return shipping. You want to know why? Find out more below*.
6. As soon as we receive the return, we will process the case as quickly as possible and send you the requested exchange item immediately.

If you cannot find your delivery bill or the return form, please send us a short e-mail to info@mahila-industries.com with your order number, then we will send you the documents again.

* Studies have shown that offering free returns has a high negative environmental impact. Since we also try to cause as little environmental impact as possible during shipping, we have decided to enforce this with returns as well.
